Office
       Be responsible for the government affairs of this organ; deal with archives, information, resolutions, proposals, suggestions and letter-or-visit, files, confidential affairs, foreign affairs, reception and liaison; take charge of drafting out important manuscripts and organizing important conferences; take charge of the supervision for important issues decided by important documents and conferences; take charge of the administrative affairs such as the logistic security of the organ and the security safeguarding and so on.

Legal System Office
       Take charge of drafting out local laws and regulations for roadway and transportation; check and examine the validity of the criteria documents made by the department; supervise the implementation of related laws, rules, regulations and policies; undertake lawsuit agency? of the administrative re-discussion, administrative compensation cases and administrative lawsuit according to the laws.

Research Center
       Be responsible for the investigation and study of the transportation development strategy and the important issues in the restructuring and development of the transportation industry and propose the countermeasure and suggestions; be responsible for organizing and promoting the research and study of the transportation system; be responsible for editing and publishing historical records, yearbooks, and internal publications.

Transportation Programming Department
       Participate in the research on the transportation layout in the general urban planning and controlled programming in details; take charge of stipulating the long and medium-term development layout for roadway network system; take charge of making the long and medium-term development layout for the transportation industry including public transportation, railway and waterway transportation and etc; take charge of examining the transportation effect evaluation scheme of large urban construction projects; take charge of the examination of the contents concerning transportation in the design plan for roadway construction projects under the administration of the municipality.

Planning and Development Department
       Study and put forward the annual construction plan for urban roadway; take part in the research and implementation of investment and financing policies for transportation development and construction; take charge of the integrating balance and declaration about road construction projects; work with other related departments to supervise and inspect the execution of transportation building programs; organize the stipulation of the annual usage plan of the? special transportation fund, and develop the corresponding supervision and administration; take charge of the integrating statistics of roadway and transportation industry.

Industry Supervision Department
       Organize the stipulation of local technical standards and the operation and service criteria for transportation industry, the acceptance of roadway projects as well as road maintenance; be responsible for the supervision and inspection of the management of the executive organizations and their law enforcement; investigate and find out the problems existed in transportation management and law-execution, and propose suggestions and measures to solve these problems; be responsible for the fostering and standardization of the transportation industry associations and social agencies.

Integrating Coordination Department
       Be responsible for organizing related departments to draft out the transportation organization scheme and the scheme for optimizing the transportation resource configuration and rational utility, and supervise the implementation; cooperate with other departments to deal with unexpected incidents in transportation industry, and participate in the disposal of important transportation accidents; be responsible for the organization and coordination of the issues concerning transportation in the emergency command system.

Science and Technology Information Department
       Draft out the layout and plan for the science and technology development in Beijing transportation industry; instruct the research, development and promotion of the important scientific and technological items for transportation; organize and instruct the building of intelligence? transportation system and the building of transportation industry information in Beijing; organize and coordinate the electronic government issues among the organ, and its affiliated organizations as well as its attached organization.

Publicity Department
       Take charge of the government publicity and the reporting of transportation system in Beijing; take charge of news release and the management of reporters union.

Financial Department
       Be responsible for the transfer of special transportation funds and the corresponding supervision and management; take part in making the charge standards; take charge of the supervision and management of administrative fees for the transportation industry; take charge of making up and submitting the budget and final accounts for administrative outlay of the organ, affiliated originations and its attached organization; take charge of the management of the finance and fixed assets that belong to the body, direct reporting organizations and attached organizations; take charge of the financial auditing of its affiliated and attached organizations, and the auditing work to the staffs who is leaving their posts.

Personnel Department
       Take charge of organizing and carrying out the schemes for the building of cadre groups of the organ, its affiliated and attached organizations; take charge of the management for personnel affairs in the organ, its affiliated and attached organizations, and the organization setting; take charge of the issues of the staffs on going abroad in the organ, affiliated and attached organizations.

       Take charge of the issues about CPC and the mass in he organ, affiliated and attached organizations.

Department Of Retired Cadres
       Take charge of the administration of retired cadres in the organ, affiliated and attached organizations.

Department of Discipline Inspection and Supervision
       Inspect and supervise the problems existed in the object's observation and execution of the laws, regulations and government decisions; assist the Committee to carry on construction of clean and honest administration, supervise and urge the Committee to make up measures to fight against corruptions, and accept a case about the accusing and prosecution on the objects'behaviors of disobeying the disciplines, and investigate and handle the objects' behaviors of disobeying the disciplines; accept a case about the objects'appeals against the punishments given by the superintend organ; supervise and check the officers' diligence and honesty in their work, both in the Committee and its affiliated organizations; educate and publicize to the civil servants about related laws, regulations and disciplines; take charge of operational training for officers both in directly under the organ and other attached organizations; complete the tasks given by Beijing Investigation and Supervision Bureau and other issues assigned by the Committee.
